Supported Living

Day-to-day support that helps adults live independently in their own home — building skills, confidence and community connections.

Independence, with the right support behind it

Supported living means having your own tenancy and your own front door, with support shaped around your goals. We work alongside each person — and their family and other professionals — to build a life that feels like their own.

  • Support with daily living skills — cooking, budgeting, laundry and running a home
  • Help to attend appointments, education, work or volunteering
  • Support to take part in the local community and keep up friendships
  • Emotional support and consistent, familiar staff
  • Support with correspondence, benefits and tenancy matters
  • Plans that grow with the person — reviewed together, regularly

Who it's for

Adults who want to live independently but benefit from regular support — including people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or other long-term support needs. Referrals are welcome from individuals, families and local authorities.

Our approach

We start with what the person can do and wants to do — not just what they need help with. Support hours, goals and outcomes are agreed in a written plan, with the person at the centre of every decision.
